Luso Crown International: The Seller: The customer: Is the person (Firm or Company) The "Goods": The products supplied by the Seller to the Customer. The Contract: between seller and the customer whether verbally or in writing.

Any "Goods" or products delivered by the Seller shall remain the property of the Seller until all invoices or accounts have been paid in full.

For delivery of "Goods" by the Seller, we ask all our customers to establish a risk free environment and adequate site for access for the safe delivery of the "Goods" at the time of delivery.

The Seller shall not be liable for any breach of the Contract due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Clerical errors and omissions are subject to correction without notice.
